Another great reason to visit Vail this weekend!  The Big Beers, Belgians & Barleywines Festival will be returning for its tenth anniversary and will be held at the Vail Cascade Resort & Spa in Vail, CO from January 7 - 9, 2010.  Lodge at Lionshead is a quick free shuttle ride away, so you can taste all of the beers you want and not have to worry about driving back to our property. 

The featured Brewmasters for the Tenth Anniversary celebration will be Lodewijk Swinkels, Brewmaster for LaTrappe at Bierbrouwerij Koningshoeven in Berkel-Enschot, The Netherlands and Peter Bouckaert, Brewmaster for New Belgium Brewing Co., Ft. Collins, Colorado.  Over 5,000 skiable acres (that's 95% of Vail Mountain) is open, so there is plenty of skiing and riding to be had this weekend, as well.
