We just wanted to thank you for a wonderful week in Vail. We have stayed in many hotels throughout the world and it is rare to find a staff that goes so far out of their way to make sure that every single aspect of our stay was taken care of. The attitude of the staff is "no problem" and "what can we do to help you". More places should take a lesson in excellent customer service, as it makes such a difference. The two bedroom condo was extremely comfortable, spacious and modern and the location of the lodge was perfect. We look forward to staying again next year. Thanks again.

My brother and I had a great stay at the Lodge at Lionshead. Everyone at the front desk was great! They made our all-too-short stay wonderful and were most helpful. Our studio loft unit was perfect. Only problem? We didn't stay longer!!!

We just spent 7 nights at Lodge at Lionshead and we were very impressed with the staff, room and location. The location is close to everything including skiing, shopping and the bus to get to the Vail township. Our room was immaculate and the cleaning staff always had the room perfect for us after a day of skiing. One of the most impressive points about this hotel is the staff at reception. They were welcoming when we arrived after a long trip and no query or request was too much for them. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable holiday and I would recommend Lodge at Lionshead to anyone.

Ann and I had the pleasure of residing in your facility in the "off season": 09/19 - 09/22/2011. We were singularly impressed with the quiet, spacious, and conveniently located studio with a loft. The staff was likewise superb. Yes, indeed, we would be delighted to return for another extended visit. Furthermore, we will recommend your facility to our friends. Thank you.

We enjoyed the condo so much that we arranged to stay an additional day. My husband keeps thanking me for selecting it, and says it was perfect. It had all the comforts of home. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back next summer and stay in the same condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, great location. The accomodations in unit 240 were perfect, however the beds were not comfortable. The unit had great updated finishes otherwise.

We really enjoyed staying with you this past weeekend. The two young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and super helpful. We also really appreciated the courtesy check-out call and the help with our parking situation. The condo we had (#140) was perfect for our family of 3. We especially enjoyed the second-floor deck overlooking Gore Creek. Kat at the front desk greeted us with a smile and offered good advice on what was going on in Vail and what we could consider doing. The location to Vail Village is perfect (10 min walk)as well as to the shops and restaurants at Lionshead (5 min walk). We will return - Thank you!

The lodge beautiful, the pool warm, the town quiet, the family experience...priceless. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great time. Your staff is amazing, not only extremely nice but very responsive to all our needs and requests. On the other hand the beds were not comfortable, kind of lumpy and the pillows were very hard. The bedrooms were very small as were the bathrooms. The living area of the condo was very comfortable and quite lovely. The views were amazing. Even with the small bedrooms, the fact that the staff was so accommodating and caring our visit was very nice.

We stayed at the Lodge for a week in February for a ski vacation and so that I could have surgery at the Steadman Clinic. It is a perfect location for both. The front desk staff was very friendly and accomadating. Joy even gave me a ride to physical therapy and picked me up! Very helpful. Our room was clean and was more than enough room for our family of three. Thanks again.

We'll be back! This is a first-class place. Our condo was comfortable, well-equipped and nicely decorated. The amenities were great and the location was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our fourth year skiing at Vail and although all the places we've stayed have been nice, the Lodge at Lionshead took things to the next level in terms of service and experience.

We had a fantastic family vacation! We loved our condo this year! It was professionally decorated and reflected the outdoor environment...lots of rock, open space, comfy down blankets, etc. 'Joy' was a joy to us as she went out of her way to attend to our sleeping needs with an extra cot and air mattress. We also very much appreciated the willingness of the front desk staff to go out of their way to get us a birthday cake from a local store. Thank You for Everything!!!!

Despite our skiing injuries we had a fantastic time. The staff was extremely wonderful, the girls at the front desk were very welcoming every time we walked in the door, and helpful with every question we had. The location was perfect only minutes from the base of the mnt. The accommodations were nicely decorated, with new appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Vail and our stay at the Lodge at LH. Our son had his first ski lessons and the location and facilities were very convenient and beautifully decorated. Thanks for all your hospitality and we look forward to seeing you during Spring ski season.

Been coming to The Lodge at Lionshead for a number of years...sometimes twice a year. Convenient to ski lifts, good parking, good restaurants, in the center of what's going on in the Lionshead end of Vail. This year Amy, Kat and Joy were in charge of making my stay top end and they did. A great condominium complex, especially Phase II.

Exceptionally clean, tidy, well kept and furnished accommodations...Believe you me, it is we who should be thankful to the Lodge at Lionshead. I sure am glad that we made the choice of staying at your lodge as opposed to staying elsewhere. Our condo at your lodge was the envy of our relatives who visited us and compared your condo with the cottages they chose to stay at. Our special thanks to Ms. Amy Roden who greeted us on our arrival for her friendly attitude, warm comforting smile and the way she explained in detail about the facilities provided at the lodge, and to Ms. Joy Dunham whom we met when we were leaving and who was kind enough to ask if we were satisfied with everything provided and expressed her sincere wish for us to visit again. I stayed for a total of 10 days, 6 with girlfriends, and 4 with my husband. We all enjoyed the accommodations. The condo was lovely and facilitated five hiking women very nicely. When my husband came, they just closed off one bedroom and we had appropriate accommodations for us. We loved the ambience of our apartment. We loved having dinner each night on the balcony. We loved having the pool and hot tub to use after a day of hiking. And everything was so close. The staff was wonderful, so helpful in choosing hikes and providing anything we needed. I would stay at Lodge at Lionshead again and often.

We stayed there 3 nights in August for the dance festival. Great staff, great apartment. Loved it!

Just returned to 105 degrees at home...longing for that glorious view from the bed in #250! The condo was fab and what a great price! The location was unbeatable. The staff was so friendly and helpful...and how did you train those dogs to check people in?!?! Thanks for a great last fling before heading back to school! See you next year!

Spending a week during July at the Lodge at Lionshead is a tradition for our family. The condos are luxurious and the mountain views are spectacular. We love being close to the gondola, bike path, ice skating rink and Berry Picker trail. Joy, Amy and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. My girlfriend from High School and I stayed in the condo #203. Being in the interior design industry and the exposure it brings I always look forward to seeing other design projects. This unit is amazing, the up-grades were beyond compare with any beautiful model home I have staged, or for the design with a new home buyer or existing remodel. Very unique and cozy with all the amenties that one needs. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the location has always been wonderful. The additional upscale shopping and "European" Village I can't describe how amazing the transformation is. Thank you to your staff and the owners of #203 for a trip that will not be forgotten by to girlfriend's that went shopping, had cocktails on the patio listening to the roaring creek, and completely relaxed before dining. The accommodations added a slice of heaven to our trip.

We always spend a very long weekend in Vail during mud season, our usual place wasn't offering any discounts this year. We are very thankful they didn't, because we found a new place to stay at in Vail. The condo was awesome, it was so well decorated and had everything we could ever want. Thank you for the feedback! Next time, please don't wait until after your stay to tell us about any issues while you were here. We could have easily repaired the leaks if we had known about them so that you weren't cleaning up water during your vacation. We don't want you to do any work on your vacation - that's what our 3 maintenance engineers are for! We also have a great concierge staff to help with local activity, spa & restaurant information or even finding extra lamps for better lighting in your condo. The Dining Guide & Vail/ Beaver Creek publications in your condo would have provided menus & a great overview of area offerings, but the concierge staff can fill you in on all of the schedules, details and best-kept secrets. They also have numerous brochures, books and other resources they are happy to share. You seem not to have been aware of this service - can you help of think of a better way we can get the message across? We list our concierge service on the arrival information and in the black Lodge at Lionshead directory in the condo, but when you are on vacation you don’t always want to read through everything. Any ideas to help us improve would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks you & we hope to see you next year!

Condo was a terrific location! The kids loved the hot tub each day. Everything was clean and well maintained. I had anticipated a decorator done unit. This condo was very nice, but it was a hodge podge of different personal photos and furniture. The lighting in some rooms was poor. The master shower, while beautiful, leaked all over the floor when used and the refrigerator did not close correctly thereby dripping water all in the refrigerator and on the floor. The daily maid service was excellent and a real treat! It was difficult to get information about local spa treatments and restaurants and activities. I hoped to find them in a resort book in the room. We had a wonderful vacation in Lionshead!

Great location, price and amenities. Will return to the Lodge on our next trip to Vail.

Wow! what a great job with the remodel, my wife and I stayed in unit 340 Jan. 2010. It was awesome... so comfortable and relaxing. New bathrooms, a full kitchen and balcony. It could not have been better, the staff is very helpful and personable. All the amenities were fantastic and views from the condos are great. Thanks again to the staff for our wonderful Christmas stay in Vail. We appreciate all the arrangements Rachel made for us and Leslie's efforts to find us the perfect unit for this year's stay and our return visit in January 2010. Though the unit we stayed in Feb. 09 wasn't available for this visit we truly enjoyed the unit we were in this time too. Super quiet and a fabulous view. The unit's family room and kitchen space were comfy and beautiful and we totally understand the need to enter on the lower level when in ski gear. The layout worked great for us and the location of the unit on the Lodge property to the slopes, pool, bus stop, etc were great. Just wish that there was a washer and dryer in the unit like last year! Thanks again and see you in a month!

Thanks for your comments Jim. We are happy you enjoyed your stay! We'll definitely get your request to maintenance so that you don't have to deal with a drafty door in January. Just so you know, the unit had about $75,000 in renovations about 4 years ago (that's when things like the granite countertops were added). We believe the new owner will put even more into the unit. We look forward to seeing you next month!

Unit #12 was very good...well equipped and taken care of even though it hasn't been remodeled ...TVs and kitchen equipment were new and top notch. Rachel at the front desk was quite helpful in answering questions re the unit and the Vail surroundings.... and kept the granola bar dish at the desk well stocked for us healthy snack eaters. One thing for Maintenance...in unit #12 the door to the outside (fire escape door)at the east end of the unit needs new weather stripping all the way around....as it is it allows too much cold air in the hallway leading to it and the master bedroom...very noticeable. We'll be back (4 of us this time)in late January 2010 and looking forward to our stay

Excellent service--I organize an annual meeting of anywhere from 35 to 40 doctors (head and neck surgeons) each year and the staff at Lodge at Lionshead has made the experience tolerable (even rewarding) by always being available to take care of last minute details enabling me to concentrate on the meeting and its participants.
